Could you live alone in a wild country for a long time ? And could you use the material in it to survive ?Of couse, it is extremely difficult for us to do it, but I know one person could, that is Robbinson Crueso. As we all know, Daniel Defore,an English novel writer,wrote a book named  Robbinson Crueso based on someone’s experiences.The hero of the book is Robbinson.

Robbinson did not enjoy the peaceful life he had. He told his parents that he wanted to go to the sea to look for something exciting to do. But his parents thought it was dangerous,and did not agree.

Without saying a word to his parents ,Robbinson went to the sea . The voyage was quite tough, Robbinson was caught by pirates and he had to work as a slave,but he was not afraid of it.Instead,he managed to escape.

Robbinson knew a lot about the sea and had greater interest in sailing after he went back home.So, he went on the voyage again. 

Everything went smoothly as a clock works,until there was a terrible rainstorm. Everybody was anxious.Finally, The ship sank. Everyone died except Robbinson. The waves carried Robbinson to the sea shore. When he woke up, he found himself on a beautiful island where everything was full of life.

Robbinson made up his mind and tried his best to find food to eat,water to drink and places to live in. In order to survive,he worked alone for more than twenty-seven years like a horse.Meanwhile he solved many problems and had a good time.In the end,he was rescued and escaped from the island sucessfully.

After reading the story,I was deeply moved and had a lot of ideas in my mind.Could I be as independent and brave as Robbinson in that situation if I were him?I would answer“NO”before.I used to be as timid as a mouse and always depended on my parents.In a word, I just couldn’t live without my parents.When I faced difficulties,I had no ideas and asked others for help.Once,I stayed at home alone.I could not cook very well,so I had an awful meal.In the evening,I could not fall asleep until my parents came back. I also asked my friends to come over to my house so that I would not be frightened.

Comparing with Robbinson, I feel a little bit ashamed.Many great people were independent and brave when they were young.Such as Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai,the chairman and the chancellor of the New China.They studied alone at an early age.In the end,they led the Chinese People’s Liberation and had the final victory.I think I should learn from them and try to be an independent and brave girl, for the success is based on independence and bravery.

As the saying goes,“Knowledge is power.”.The power of knowledge is amazing.Robbinson learned many things and overcame many problems.Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai knew many things so that they had ability to save China.For me,knowledge is also very important,because independence and bravery are based on knowledge.

Now,I know one thing:We should not always depend on others or be a coward.We should try to do everything by ourselves.If we do like this,we can live independently and bravely and solve all kinds of problems easily when we are in trouble.
